










Behavioral Targeting Vet Damian Garbaccio Joins eXelate as Vice President of Business Development
NEW YORK, NY (December 4, 2009) eXelate, the first and largest open marketplace for online targeting data, today announced that Damian Garbaccio has joined the company in the newly formed position of Vice President of Business Development. Having spent almost a decade in the online advertising space, with a recent focus on Behavioral Targeting, Mr. Garbaccio brings seasoned business development and sales leadership to the executive team at the premier targeting data exchange. The position will report to the Chief Revenue officer of the Company.

Mr. Garbaccio (38) will manage the sales and business development efforts on both the “supply” and “demand” sides of the eXelate eXchange, helping to grow the data marketplace’s pool of targeting data on over 170M Monthly UV and buying roster of over 40 media buying agencies, ad networks, and demand side platforms. He was most recently at Quantcast, where he served as Director of the Publisher Group at the Company. Previously, Mr. Garbaccio was the Senior Director of Business Development (Behavioral Solutions) at AOL’s Advertising.com where he helped lead the post-acquisition integration of Tacoda’s data assets into the AOL framework. He started his online business development career at Gift Certificates.com.
