Facebook's Chamath Palihapitiya and Owen Van Natta Invited to Try eXelate's Privacy-Friendly Advertising Exchange

eXelate has adopted a privacy-friendly approach to behavioral targeting. To ensure the user’s privacy, with eXelate there is no data integration or cross-site information transfer, and user profiles are never created, as is common with most behavioral targeting networks.

Based on eXelate’s patent-pending technology, the company is introducing a new online advertising solution known as Delayed Ads. An ad network buys from a targeted publisher the ability to set Delayed Ads to its users. These Delayed Ads are shown later, when those users visit a site that is affiliated with the ad network.

The eXelate Targeting eXchange is being used by more than 15 ad networks including four of the top-20 ranked ad networks according to comScore’s Ad-Focused Networks. These ad networks gain direct access to more than 50 million unique users in lucrative verticals including Travel, Finance and Hispanic.
